Old 52 CPTS Appointment

PCS advance payments provide a member with funds to meet extraordinary expenses incident to a government-ordered relocation.

DD Form 2560 and PCS Orders are required.

E-4 and Below: All requests require unit commander’s approval

All Other Members: Unit Commander’s approval is required when requesting more than one month’s Base Pay minus deductions OR requesting longer than 12-month repayment OR requesting 31-90 days before your PCS OR requesting 61-180 days after your PCS.

“Commander: Unit Commander or other individual on G-Series Orders with command responsibility for the member.”

Advance Pay (PCS)

Used for Consecutive Overseas Tour, or In-Place Consecutive Tour leave travel vouchers.

COT/IPCOT Voucher

Used for members to make a payment for a Military Pay Deb or to pay back an advance or security deposit. (Not used for collections such as government property lost or damaged, or DFAC collections)

Military Pay Collection

An accession appointment for establishing an active duty military pay record for members entering or reentering the Air Force.

Active Duty Accessions

Civilian Pay Inquiry

Used if the PCS voucher was not fully paid due to an error or omission.

PCS Voucher Amendment only (Choose "Book Briefing" for actual PCS in-processing; mobile users: tap the "triple bar" menu icon at top left)

Supplemental Voucher

Used for members moving out of the dorms due to government necessity or members with family moving from off-base to on-base.

Partial DLA

Advances used for moving into off-base housing.

"The advance may be paid to an eligible member to meet extraordinary expenses of obtaining or occupying other than government housing in the vicinity of the member's duty station."

DAF Form 1039 must be approved by commander. Approved lease from the housing office and PCS orders are also required.

OHA/Security Deposit Advance

Dependent Update

Used to follow-up on a previously filed voucher. i.e. check status or you believe something was processed incorrectly.

Travel Voucher Inquiry

For out-processing Finance for your Separation or Retirement. Members must:

- Be in uniform for your appointment.
- Have hard copy separation/retirement orders in hand.
- Terminal Leave/Permissive must be approved by your commander prior to appointment.

Separation/Retirement Out-Processing

Used for all other payments to the government, other for than military pay. Such as government property lost or damaged, DFAC collections,  found money.

For government property lost or damaged, you must bring the DD1131 from the unit you are indebted to.

Accounting Collection

Used to ask questions regarding separation or retirement, or calculation of Terminal Leave.

Separation/Retirement Inquiry

For government funded Student Dependent Travel (SDT) voucher only.

Command-sponsored dependents attending school in the U.S. may be eligible for government-funded travel to visit family stationed at a permanent duty station outside of the continental United States. Member must have approved SDT orders prior to travel.
